Our Commitment to You
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose your items carefully and use our size guides and product information before ordering.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@beautifulchaos.shop (mailto:hello@beautifulchaos.shop) with minimum of three photos of the item in questions and details.
You have the right under ACL to request a repair, replacement, or refund. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
Returns & Exchanges for Incorrect Orders
If we send you the wrong product or size, please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned due to health, hygiene, or safety reasons, unless faulty or damaged. These include:
• Intimate apparel (swimwear, underwear, activewear, leggings, bodysuits)
• Perishable goods (e.g., notebooks)
• Gift cards
• Downloadable products
• Health and personal care items
Shipping & Return Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty, damaged, or incorrect items).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.
Address & Delivery Issues
• If an incorrect or insufficient shipping address is provided, and the order is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
• Unclaimed or uncollected packages returned to us will incur reshipping fees.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
Sale & Discounted Items
Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.
Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), consumers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or doesn’t match the description or sample.

International Orders
For international shipments, tracking is provided via your local postal service once the item arrives in your country. Contact your local post office with your tracking number if there are delivery issues.
